用途：

適用于設(shè)備保養(yǎng)、潤(rùn)滑油、稀油、液壓油、機(jī)油、齒輪油、變速箱油、油壓油、乳化液、皂化油、水-乙二醇、磷酸酯、齒輪油、變壓器油、透平油、機(jī)械油、煤油、油漆的加注、過(guò)濾、輸送、抽吸、旁路循環(huán)過(guò)濾。

該機(jī)采用三級(jí)過(guò)濾、輕巧靈活、操作簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)污染。本機(jī)可有效過(guò)濾，能精細(xì)過(guò)濾油中有害機(jī)械物質(zhì)，是電力、石化、冶金機(jī)械、鐵路等行業(yè)對(duì)用油量不大的互感器、機(jī)床、油開關(guān)等設(shè)備進(jìn)行加油、抽油。本機(jī)是對(duì)油液高精度除雜的首選設(shè)備，特別適合電力部門遠(yuǎn)距離、高揚(yáng)程加油、抽油使用。

三級(jí)精細(xì)濾油機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、濾油機(jī)在啟動(dòng)時(shí)，應(yīng)注意不能使油泵反轉(zhuǎn)，以免引起油泵軸封吹出導(dǎo)致吸入空氣。
Avoiding the possible counter rotation of the oil pump while starting the machine, otherwise it may lead to the out blown of the axle seal and entering of air.

2、濾油機(jī)在使用過(guò)程中，油泵可能吸入空氣，影響油泵流量，為了達(dá)到濾油機(jī)的額定流量以及保證精細(xì)濾芯的正常工作，應(yīng)及時(shí)打開排氣閥，以便將濾筒中的空氣排凈（即排氣閥出油后），排完空氣之后及時(shí)關(guān)閉排氣閥。
Air might be introduced into the machine during the operation and affect the oil flow. To ensure the rated flow and normal operation of the fine filter element, the discharge valve should be opened in time to release the air until oil can be seen at the outlet of the discharge valve, then close the discharge valve closed.

3、濾油機(jī)使用一段時(shí)間后，如因污染物嚴(yán)重堵塞粗過(guò)濾濾芯表面而使吸油不暢，引起油泵噪聲過(guò)大，應(yīng)停機(jī)取出濾芯清洗。
After a certain period of predation, coarse cleaner could be gradually contaminated and noise of pump might occur, you should stop the machine in order to clean the filter element.

4、精細(xì)濾芯在使用一段時(shí)間后，易被污染物逐漸堵塞，引起濾筒壓力升高，當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到0.4MPa時(shí)，需及時(shí)更換精細(xì)濾芯。

Dirt might stick to the elements of fine filter, causing a rise of the pressure in the filter bowl. When the pressure hits 0.4Mpa, the elements should be the changed in time.

5、使用的吸油、出油軟管應(yīng)隨時(shí)保持清潔。                                   

The suction and oil outlet tube should always be kept clean.

6、如果濾油機(jī)抽不出油，請(qǐng)檢查認(rèn)定：

Should the pushcart filter fail to pump oil, please check;

a、油泵轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確；

The rotating direction of the pump;

b、油箱至吸油口間的各零部件密封是否可靠，吸油口是否離開油面或油液已吸完；

whether the sailings between the tank and oil inlet are properly; the oil inlet is above the oil surface or oil runs out;

c、粗濾器濾芯是否堵塞。

If the elements of rough filter are stuck.

7、濾油機(jī)流量顯著減少，請(qǐng)檢查認(rèn)定：

If the oil filter distinctly reduced, please check;

a、粗、精過(guò)濾濾芯是否堵塞嚴(yán)重；

whether the elements of rough and fine filters are stuck with filth.

b、油泵軸油封是否磨損或反轉(zhuǎn)而造成吹出。

whether an out blown of the axle seal has occurred due to wear or counter rotation.

8、過(guò)濾壓力突然下降，請(qǐng)檢查精細(xì)濾芯是否被擊穿。

If a sudden pressure drop occurs, please check whether the elements of fine filter have been damaged.
